SATURDAY
Beard and Mustache Contest
Sign up now for an old-fashioned Beard and Mustache Contest to be judged
at Z-Town Café at 2pm on Saturday.  Participants will be judged in a variety of categories, including longest, neatest, most original, and best of show.  Existing beards and mustaches are permitted.  An entrance fee of $5.00 covers the cost of awards and removal on Saturday at Eppinger’s Barber Shop.

SATURDAY
Children's Activities
Activities for children are planned for the morning and afternoon in the parking lot of Walgreen’s along Main Street. Small prizes will be awarded at each event.


Frog Jumping - 10:00 a.m.
Bring your own frog; open to children 18 and under.


Baby Races - 11:15 a.m.
Age categories include crawling for infants, and walking for 1-year-olds, and 2-year-olds.


Rodent Rage - 11:30 a.m.
Children 18 and younger can enter their favorite pet rodent to race a track designed to hold various sizes of exercise balls.  Gerbils, mice, rats, chinchillas and guinea pigs may participate.


Stick Horse Races - Noon.
Participants should decorate their stick horse to compete for a prize.  For children age 12 and under.


Pedal Power Tractor Pull - 04:00 p.m.
Children compete by age groups and test their strength by pedaling a tractor pulling a sled filled with bricks.  For ages 3 to 12.  (This event is held in the Nextier Bank parking lot).
